Whisky Steak Glaze
2tbsp - Wostershire Sauce
1/2 tbsp - Tobasco
2tbsp - Red Wine Vinegar
2 cups - Dark Brown Sugar
50 ml - Whisky
4 g - Beef Jus
1 tsp - Garlic Powder
1/4 cup - Water
1 - Onions Chopped
Mix all ingredients then reduce to a glaze. Pass through a seive.
